Dr. Tim Gross, Bend Oregon

Tim is grateful to be living and working in his hometown of Bend. He has over eight years of clinical experience as an orthopedic PT treating a wide range of conditions. Tim earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2015, graduating with high honors from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, California. He holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.

In 2016, Tim obtained his Manual Therapy Certification (MTC) through the University of St. Augustine. He has also completed post-graduate coursework on treatment of the spine and neck,  sports rehabilitation and strength training. Tim's passion for working with endurance athletes stems from his experience as an avid skier, cyclist and runner.

Tim stays active by surfing Bend's river wave, Nordic skiing, attending CrossFit classes, trail running and mountain biking. You can also find him roasting coffee in his garage, playing the fiddle, and spending time with his wife, Elise, and three young sons.

Our 3-Step Treatment Approach

1

Symptom Management

Most patients start their journey to recovery here. We combine hands-on care (manual therapy) with custom exercise prescription to to get you feeling better as quickly as possible. Once your symptoms are resolved, the work is not done.

2

Strength and Conditioning

As your symptoms improve, a crucial step is to build strength. This is what will truly allow you to get back to what is important to you. The dose of the strength training needs to be very precise in order to be safe and effective.

3

Maintenance

Our goal is to not only get our clients out of pain, but to prevent that pain from returning. Don’t settle for feeling “better.” Instead, strive to move freely and confidently without fear of the pain coming back!
