Our 3-Step Treatment Approach
1
Symptom Management
Most patients start their journey to recovery here. We combine hands-on care (manual therapy) with custom exercise prescription to to get you feeling better as quickly as possible. Once your symptoms are resolved, the work is not done.
2
Strength and Conditioning
As your symptoms improve, a crucial step is to build strength. This is what will truly allow you to get back to what is important to you. The dose of the strength training needs to be very precise in order to be safe and effective.
3
Maintenance
Our goal is to not only get our clients out of pain, but to prevent that pain from returning. Don’t settle for feeling “better.” Instead, strive to move freely and confidently without fear of the pain coming back!
