Runners and cyclists! A snowy day can be a perfect opportunity to build strength and resilience against injury. Here’s a short and sweet workout for the next snow day! 1️⃣ Single leg RDL (tippy bird) x 8 each leg 2️⃣ Thruster x8 reps 3️⃣ Lateral bounds x8 each leg A few notes: This program can be scaled to any ability level; find a pace that you can maintain for the full workout. For a warm-up, do one to three easy laps through the circuit without weight. Then, set your timer for 15 minutes and do as many laps through the circuit as you can in that time!
